Selected work

Much of my work is confidential, so this page shows two kinds: work on the public record, and anonymised examples of the problems clients bring.

In confidence

A professional body rewriting the ethics unit of its certification program

Problem: The professionalism unit candidates sit had to absorb new global standards and a new organisational identity.

My role: Rewrote the unit and produced its exam question bank.

Outcome: The rewrite went to the professional body, followed by ongoing exam-question work.

A financial services firm unsure where its general advice model crossed the line

Problem: The business needed to know where its general advice activity carried regulatory risk.

My role: Facilitated a workshop to map the activity.

Outcome: The workshop led to a retained engagement to produce a written risk assessment.
